KWAME C SERBEH-YIADOM
(Chairman of Advisory Committee)
Professor Kwame C. Serbeh-Yiadom is a lecturer and estate surveyor by profession. He received his Ordinary and Advanced level education at Prempeh College. He studied at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology [Bachelor of Science in Land Economy in 1975] and the University of Reading UK [Masters Degree in Urban Land Appraisal 1977] Between 1975 to 1977 he was appointed Teaching Assistant and Research Fellow at the Department of Land Economy and the Land Administration Research Centre at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. In January 1979 he took up appointment as Assistant Lecturer at University of Ife, Nigeria [today Obafemi Awolowo University].
In October 1979 he was appointed full Lecturer and Head of Department at Ibadan Polytechnic and held the position till March 1981. * Between April 1981 and September 1987 he was Lecturer and Head of Department at the River State University of Science & Technology, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. In September 1987 he was appointed Senior Lecturer at the University of Lagos and spent 9 years there until he resigned to return to Ghana in June 1996. He took a break from academics in 1977 spending the next 10 years in professional practice and in business, including promoting a mortgage bank [now Stanbic Bank] and running a mining services and engineering firm.
* In February 2007 he was World Bank appointee as Associate Professor/Programme Manager of the new Urban Management Masters Programme at the Ethiopian Civil Service College [now University)], Addis Ababa. This was a World Bank initiative to support the massive, speedy and radical urbanisation of Ethiopia. * In June 2009, he obtained temporary leave to respond to an urgent national call to take-up the post of Rector of the University College of Agriculture and Environmental Studies, Bunso, Ghana. He successfully steered the institution through accreditation, affiliation [with KNUST] and admitting the first and second intakes - 2011 and 2012. * He returned to ECSU, Addis Ababa [now a full university] in November 2013 as Associate Professor and Doctoral Thesis Advisor of six doctoral scholars in Urban Planning and Development. This was at the point in time when all of the assigned scholars had fully collected and assembled their data and he successfully led all of them through two articles in international peer reviewed publications each and defense of their thesis in July 2015. He ended active lecturing in November 2016 from ECSU, Addis Ababa. Choosing to return home and pursue outstanding efforts he is now chairman of a family real estate company, Ekmakeki Oil & Gas Services Limited, Ghana. He is also chairman of an up and coming real estate investment trust company. Professor Serbeh-Yiadom is married with successfully accomplished children and grandchildren.

Mr. Eric Allotey is an accomplished leader with over a decade of experience in real estate, hospitality, construction, and marketing. Currently serving as the General Manager of a prominent Apartment and Beach Resort, he oversees daily operations, formulates growth strategies, and drives performance optimization. Known for his expertise in client retention, strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership, Mr. Allotey consistently advances business success and customer satisfaction.
Throughout his career, he has held pivotal roles in operations and business development, managing full business functions, negotiating contracts, and expanding client bases for organizations such as Konsill Supplies and Alpha Prestige Commodities. In 2018, he led Konsill Constructions in securing a major drainage project within Ayawaso Central Municipality. From 2019 through 2021, he served as Site Manager overseeing operations in West North, Wassa Dunkwe. With a strong background in sales and marketing, Mr. Allotey has successfully managed key accounts, spearheaded market development initiatives, and conducted thorough market research to inform strategic decisions.
Mr. Allotey holds a BSc in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, complemented by certifications in leadership and management. His skill set includes construction and operations management, customer relations, market strategy, business development, and competitive analysis. Outside of work, Mr. Allotey enjoys reading, listening to music, participating in team sports, and supporting Accra Heart of Oak and Barcelona FC. Passionate about travel and community engagement, he actively volunteers and organizes local events, contributing to meaningful social initiatives.
BRIGHT MAKAFUI KUDALOR
( Civil Engineer )
Bright Makafui Kudalor is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in construction project management, site engineering, and quality control. He has a strong background in building technology, with a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology from Ho Polytechnic. Skilled in contract administration, estimation, and construction safety, Mr. Kudalor has led numerous high-impact projects across Ghana, including district hospitals, residential complexes, and infrastructure for notable companies such as DK Construction, ASN Construction, and BMCE Ltd.
Mr. Kudalor is recognized for his ability to manage complex sites, ensure adherence to specifications, oversee labor and resources efficiently, and maintain strict safety standards.
His roles have encompassed site supervision, quarry management, and quantity surveying, with responsibilities for quality control, equipment maintenance, and managing subcontractor outputs. Known for his strong organizational and planning skills, Mr. Kudalor is a team player dedicated to delivering projects on time and within scope.
